<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article studies the role of adipokines and intestinal microbiota in the development of inflammation in the biliary tract in obesity by collecting data from previous studies and meta-analyzes from 2016 to 2020. An important pathophysiological role of inflammatory diseases of the biliary tract has been shown in the initiation of functional disorders of other organs and systems, leading in the future to serious diseases such as diabetes mellitus and obesity. Obesity is associated with an increase amount of adipocytes, which are directly linked to the development of diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease. The role of biomarkers of lipid metabolism, proinflammatory cytokines in the development of obesity has been disclosed in more detail, and also have been described modern pathogenetic links in the development of inflammatory processes in obesity, including the important role of the intestinal microbiota in the development of obesity. Early studies have been shown that low variety of gut microbiota are very closely associated with the development of a chronic inflammatory process of the biliary tract.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>патофизиология</kwd><kwd>адипоциты</kwd><kwd>адипонектин</kwd><kwd>ожирение</kwd><kwd>билиарный тракт</kwd><kwd>микробиота кишечника</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>pathophysiology</kwd><kwd>adipocytes</kwd><kwd>adiponectin</kwd><kwd>obesity</kwd><kwd>biliary tact</kwd><kwd>intestinal microbiota</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>Список литературы</title><ref id="B1"><mixed-citation>Российский консенсус &amp;laquo;Гипераммониемии у взрослых&amp;raquo; Утвержден в качестве документа Российского научного медицинского общества терапевтов (РНМОТ) и Научного общества гастроэнтерологов России (НОГР) 20&amp;ndash;21 ноября 2019 г.
