Организовано изучение мнения врачей стоматологического профиля об особенностях организации работы медицинских организаций Удмуртской Республики в период пандемии. Проведен социологический опрос методом случайной выборки 43 врачей стоматологического профиля (12 организаторов здравоохранения и 31 врача-стоматолога) по специально разработанной анкете, состоящей из 40 вопросов. По данным опроса большинство организаторов здравоохранения и врачей-стоматологов отметили готовность перевода своих медицинских учреждений к работе в условиях пандемии. Санитарно-эпидемиологический режим в учреждениях соблюдается. Модифицирована пропускная система медицинского учреждения, при входе в поликлинику организован санитарно-пропускной фильтр для распределения потоков пациентов, проводится термометрия пациентов, краткий опрос путем заполнения анкеты с эпидемиологическим анамнезом и анкеты здоровья. Для осуществления индивидуальной защиты медицинских работников организациями закуплено необходимое количество комплектов средств индивидуальной защиты, в том числе: защитные экраны, очки, маски, перчатки, одноразовые халаты, бахилы. В большинстве медучреждений не проводились тренинги и обучающие семинары по правильному и рациональному применению средств индивидуальной защиты. Практически нигде не проводилось страхование жизни медработников, имелись единичные случаи получения единовременных страховых выплат по факту подтверждения COVID-19. Отмечено практически полное отсутствие психологического сопровождения медицинского персонала. Организаторы здравоохранения и врачи, заболевшие COVID-19, в большинстве случаев не проходили реабилитации. Социологический опрос медицинского персонала стоматологической службы выявил недостатки в организации трудового процесса в период пандемии, отсутствие психологического сопровождения и реабилитации сотрудников после перенесенного заболевания COVID-19.
In the context of the current epidemiological troubles in the territory of the Udmurt Republic, it became necessary to solve urgent problems associated with increased physical and psychological stress of medical personnel against the backdrop of the spread of the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. A study was organized to study the opinions of dentists on the peculiarities of organizing the work of medical organizations in the Udmurt Republic during the pandemic. A sociological survey was conducted by random sampling of 43 dentists (12 healthcare organizers and 31 dentists) using a specially designed questionnaire consisting of 40 questions. According to the survey, the majority of healthcare organizers and dentists noted the readiness to transfer their medical institutions to work in a pandemic. The sanitary and epidemiological regime in institutions is observed. The access system of the medical institution has been modified, at the entrance to the polyclinic a sanitary access filter has been organized to distribute patient flows, patients' thermometry is carried out, a brief survey by filling out a questionnaire with an epidemiological history and a health questionnaire. For the implementation of individual protection of medical workers, organizations purchased the required number of sets of personal protective equipment, including: protective screens, goggles, masks, gloves, disposable gowns, shoe covers. Most medical institutions did not conduct trainings and training seminars on the correct and rational use of personal protective equipment. Practically nowhere was life insurance for medical workers carried out, there were isolated cases of receiving lump-sum insurance payments upon confirmation of COVID-19. The almost complete absence of psychological support for medical personnel was noted. Healthcare organizers and doctors who fell ill with COVID-19, in most cases, did not undergo rehabilitation. A sociological survey of the medical staff of the dental service revealed shortcomings in the organization of the labor process during the pandemic, the lack of psychological support and rehabilitation of employees after suffering from COVID-19.
