Современный взгляд на вариабельность сердечного ритма в нейрокардиологии
В обзоре литературы обсуждаются современные аспекты формирования вариабельности сердечного ритма с точки зрения нейрокардиологии. Рассматриваются основные физиологические принципы, участвующие в формировании вариабельности сердечного ритма. В работе приведены основные методы исследования вариабельности сердечных сокращений, обсуждены преимущества и недостатки каждого из методов, обсуждена значимость вариабельности сердечного ритма при исследовании сердечно-сосудистой системы. Представлены основные факторы, оказывающие влияние на нормативные показатели вариабельности сердечного ритма. Обсуждается роль функциональной взаимосвязи между сердечной мышцей и головным мозгом, а также раскрываются вопросы взаимосвязи и баланса между симпатической и парасимпатической нервной системой, которые подтверждают высокую значимость изучения вариабельности сердечного ритма.
