Механизм воздействия молекулярного водорода в комплексном лечении ран мягких тканей и общей хирургической инфекции
Молекулярный водород (МВ) достаточно давно известен как инертный газ, однако о его полезных свойствах стало известно только в 2007 году, когда были получены сведения о его антиоксидантных возможностях. Эффекты Н2 позволяют использовать его при комплексном лечении ран мягких тканей. В этом обзоре обсуждаются основные биологические действия, а также механизмы действия МВ при нарушениях целостности тканевых структур и септических повреждений органов со стороны основных способностей водорода: противоапоптических, противовоспалительных, антиоксидантных и аутофагических. Подробно описываются способы транспортировки, дозировки Н2, а также их достоинства и недостатки в практической медицине. Рассмотрены перспективы развития его внедрения в самые различные области лечения и основные проблемы, на которые до сих пор нет ответа.
