The article analyzes the treatment of patients with mesenteric thrombosis complicated by peritonitis in order to determine ways to optimize the diagnosis and treatment of this category of patients. the information presented in our study confirms how difficult this pathology is in terms of diagnosis. Only early hospitalization and active surgical tactics in a hospital setting can reduce the number of unsatisfactory results in the treatment of acute mesenteric circulatory disorders. In our opinion, it is necessary to actively identify patients with a high risk of possible development of acute mesenteric circulatory disorders on an outpatient basis and conduct comprehensive preventive treatment aimed at preventing the development of such a life-threatening complication as mesenteric thrombosis.
